Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment:
  • A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
  • Failure to make the full payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund:
  • Cancellation before 15 days of the tour: 90% refund.
  • Cancellation between 7-15 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days: No refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days.
3. Changes & Modifications:
  • Any changes to the itinerary must be informed at least 7 days before the tour.
  • Changes are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or government restrictions.
4. Travel Documents & Permits:
  • Guests must carry valid identity proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
  • Special permits may be required for restricted areas in Sikkim and must be arranged in advance.
5. Responsibilities & Liabilities:
  • The company is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the tour.
  • Any damages caused to the vehicle or hotel property due to guest negligence will be charged accordingly.
6. Health & Safety:
  • Guests with medical conditions should inform us prior to booking.
  • The company will not be liable for any health-related issues during the trip.
  • Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory.
7. Conduct & Behavior:
  • Any misconduct or violation of rules may lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
  • Guests are expected to respect local customs and traditions.
8. Dispute Resolution:
  • Any disputes arising out of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sikkim/Darjeeling.
